What We do

Our dedicated team of carers can provide personalised visits to your home, starting from just 30 minutes per week. The frequency and duration of visits are determined during an assessment meeting with our experienced care team.

• Weekly schedules provided in advance detailing visit times and carer names (subject to any changes)

• Prompt communication if a carer will be delayed

• Support in maintaining your independence, dignity, and safety

• Regular reviews and quality checks of your care

We have experience in delivering care in the home for a number of different situations and we can adapt to what you might need.  Here are some of the things we can help with:

-       Shopping visits – we can take you to the supermarket/shops weekly or undertaking your shopping for you.

-       Accompanying you to medical appointments – whether it’s the hospital or Doctors

-       Social clubs/outings – our team of carers can take you out and about

-       Housework/cleaning/washing calls

-       Sits (respite sits), we can ‘sit’ with you or a loved one if they need someone with them at all times for as long as you need (prebooked)

-       Regular daily or weekly calls to assist with car
