Sally ANDREWS - COMPANY DIRECTOR/REGISTERED MANAGER
Sally has spent her career as a qualified nurse, working in both NHS and private hospitals. This has provided Sally with a wealth of experience in the care industry which assists with ensuring our clients receive the right care and support for their needs. Sally has strong links with local healthcare professionals such as district nurses, social workers, occupational therapists and NHS representatives.
Ben Andrews - Company Director
Ben’s background is based in the legal profession and as a qualified lawyer (LLB (hons), MA and PgDip Legal Practice) Ben is perfectly placed to ensure the company is always compliant with the very latest legal and regulatory requirements. Ben oversees the company business operations and development.
Jo stuart-smith - Care assessor & rgn
Jo has spent her career as a qualified nurse and works alongside Sally to ensure that our care delivery is maintained to the St Jude’s standards.
Jo is one of our specialist care managers who undertakes the assessments for care and will work with you throughout your time with St Jude’s to make sure your care continues to be delivered to your needs. She also takes the lead at St Jude’s for training for all our carers.
Chris Clark - Care Manager
Chris has dedicated her career to care, specifically home care. Chris has been with St Jude’s since 2010 and often visits our clients to undertake checks on the quality of care provided. Chris is one of our dedicated care team specialists who will be your key contact to ensure your care continues to be delivered to meet your needs.
Lesley Ridgewell – Care Manager
Lesley has spent her career as a qualified nurse (she still maintains her registration), working in both NHS and private hospitals. Lesley is one of our dedicated care team specialists who will be your key contact to ensure your care continues to be delivered to meet your needs.
HELEN ROUTLEDGE – OFFICE MANAGER/PA
Helen users her wealth of financial and office management experience to work alongside the company directors to ensure that the day to day office arrangements are working well. Helen also supports Ben on new project initiatives and also any general financial queries.
ANN Mccabe – Office Admin
Ann started her career in the Navy and then progressed to working within an office environment. Ann’s attention to detail makes her ideally placed to ensure all the care documents are completed to a high standard. Ann also undertakes regular audits of the office files to ensure that they are compliant with the requirements of the company and CQC (Care Quality Commission).
